Requests are free of charge and must include "California Privacy Rights Request" in the first line of the description and include your name, street address, city, state, and ZIP code. Please note that we are only required to respond to one request per customer each year, and we are not required to respond to requests made by means other than through the e-mail address above.
If you use the Sites and Services outside of the United States of America, you consent to having your Personal Information transferred to and processed in the United States of America, which may have less protections than your jurisdiction of residence.
The Sites are not intended for or directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit, use or disclose personally identifiable information from anyone under 13 years of age. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected personally identifiable information from a child under the age of 13, we will make reasonable efforts to delete such information from our records.
