Our cookie dough has No Wheat, No Grain, No Eggs, No Plant-based Butter or Oil, No White Sugar, and No Artificial Preservatives, and it’s made with ALMOND FLOUR, Organic Coconut Sugar, and Hella Love. Additionally, are cookies are diabetic friendly and known to stable the blood sugar when eaten in moderation. Consult physician. 

Cookie Dough Ingredients: Almond Flour, Organic Coconut Sugar, Organic Flaxseed, Pure Vanilla Extract, Baking Soda, Sea Salt.

Bittersweet Chocolate Chips (fairly traded): Organic Chocolate Liquor, Organic Raw Cane Sugar, Organic Cocoa Butter, Organic Cocoa Powder

Bittersweet Chocolate Chips are by Equal Exchange and are fairly traded, organic, and without the 8 major allergens.  

Peanut Butter: Organic Peanuts (No sugar or salt added).

Raspberry Jam: Raspberries, Liquid Sugar (Sugar,Water), Sugar, Contains 2% or less of: Lemon Juice Concentrate, Fruit Pectin.

Cookie Care: We recommend consuming the cookies as soon as possible for best quality. If placed in an air tight container or ziplock cookies typically have a 7-14 day shelf life, although this can vary depending on ingredients and climate. Cookies are made with dry ingredients with water and vanilla being the only wet ingredients. Our cookies can be warmed in the natural sun. Just place your cookies in box or on plate on a sunny day and experience ooey-gooey goodness.
